Note: Please make sure that you have the correct address information when checking out. We cannot be held responsible for any shipments in which the incorrect information is given. You will have to make a new purchase if the Post Office can't retrieve the shipment for you. If you do not select the correct shipping method we will contact you to accept the difference in payment before your order is shipped.

With the exception of the Convert-A-Boot, taxes have been included within your purchase. - To estimate tax, we take your purchase subtotal and apply 8.375% sales tax, an estimate based on sales tax percentages nationwide. (actual sales tax will be calculated based upon your Ship-to-Address and the taxability of the items purchased.

Shipping and Returns

United States Shipping

For Vest Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of 15.00. Your order will be sent via U.S.P.S and it will take 14 business days to arrive after shipping.

Exchange/Return Policy

All exchanges must be within 7 business days of purchase for exchange only and no cash refund. For all exchanges please return item(s) unworn and in original packaging along with a note stating what was wrong with the item(s). We encourage customers to get insurance/delivery confirmation on all exchange items that are mailed back because Electric Red Styles will not be responsible for items lost in the mail or damaged in shipping process. Customer must provide copy of original confirmation number/receipt, or bank statement showing purchase to exchange item(s). Please email inquiry and the address for exchanges will be sent to you.

Terms and Conditions for Shipping

We cannot guarantee that your shipment will not be delayed by your country’s customs office, if this does happen we have no control over it. Please note that the recipient of all shipments are solely responsible for the payment of any GMT, customs fees or import duties, if any apply to your shipment. If you purchase for international delivery, but you fail to claim or pick-up your order, or fail to pay your duties, then you will be charged for the shipping cost to have the order returned to us ($20.00). If you then want the order shipped again, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge.
